Construction Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to meet production targets and schedules.
• Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
• Should be performing welding and fabrication by himself.
• Monitor work areas to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Track construction progress and report daily activities to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure proper installation of mechanical, structural, and piping systems.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in offshore oil & gas construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid offshore survival certifications (e.g., T-BOSIET, Medical, H2S).
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, safety standards, and industry codes.
• Familiarity with lifting operations, structural fitting, piping installation, and welding processes.
