Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of fleet sales experience, preferably in the automotive (trucks & buses) sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage fleet sales for trucks and buses to corporate and government clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals with clients
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide clients with accurate information
  • Coordinate with the logistics and aftersales teams to ensure timely delivery and support
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fleet sales, preferably in commercial vehicles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
