Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of fleet sales experience, preferably in the automotive (trucks & buses) sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage fleet sales for trucks and buses to corporate and government clients
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals with clients
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide clients with accurate information
- Coordinate with the logistics and aftersales teams to ensure timely delivery and support
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fleet sales, preferably in commercial vehicles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
