We are hiring a Male HR Officer to join our growing team in Doha, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. This role is essential in ensuring fair remuneration practices, efficient payroll processing, and full compliance with Qatar’s labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure labor law compliance
  • Oversee employee records and benefits-related documentation
  • Support audits, reporting, and internal equity reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compensation-related queries

Requirements

  • Male Filipino national (due to job requirements)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Qatar labor law, and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
