We are hiring a Male HR Officer to join our growing team in Doha, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. This role is essential in ensuring fair remuneration practices, efficient payroll processing, and full compliance with Qatar’s labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Manage payroll processing and ensure labor law compliance
- Oversee employee records and benefits-related documentation
- Support audits, reporting, and internal equity reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compensation-related queries
Requirements
- Male Filipino national (due to job requirements)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Qatar labor law, and employee benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
