IT SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsible for the company server and overseeing performance of IT personnel in their designated areas, either in main office department, project sites, and other satellite offices where IT is required, from troubleshooting hardware to PC software and other concerns/issues related to IT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1-  Oversee daily operation of IT Section from scheduling, designating replacement in the absence of other IT personnel, intervene in any unresolved IT issues through IT-Helpdesk and direct/instruct IT staff for their activities.
2- Perform weekly maintenance work for all servers by checking any problem and performing troubleshooting.
3- Perform daily administrative tasks for company’s active directory like creating and managing users and group policies.
4- Responsible for weekly backing up data for all critical applications like Active directory, Exchange Server, Help Desk and SharePoint Servers.
5- Responsible for creating and managing E-mails through MS Exchange 2012 and update user attributes, if required.
6- Perform daily administrative tasks for Company’s Help Desk Management System and monitor the incoming and pending requests that need attention.
7- Update company websites if required and recommended by Development Department.
8-  Monitor and control daily internet firewall (UTM Devices) and provide limit, deny or remove access to the internet as per the approved requests.
9- Lead IT Technicians in complying with the Policies and Procedures of the company (HR, QHSE, and IMS-ISO), and that of the state (Qatar Labour Law and Qatar Ministries); and provide consultation and/or oral reprimand in the event of non-compliance, depending on the committed infraction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Application or Computer Engineering
Approved JD, Azure, Exchange online, Office365 Admin and Cyber Security
Minimum of 10-year experience in the GCC.
