We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Management In-Charge to join our HR team and play a vital role in shaping employee development, performance management, and long-term talent strategies.
Important: This is not a talent acquisition role. We’re seeking someone who excels in employee lifecycle planning, engagement, and performance strategy, aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance management processes and systems
- Support succession planning and talent retention strategies
- Assist with employee development programs and skill mapping
- Provide data-driven reports and HR analytics
- Ensure compliance with HR best practices and policy standards
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and cultural alignment
- Offer general HR admin and system support
- Collaborate on talent acquisition support, but not lead recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, Psychology, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR or talent management
- Knowledge of performance systems, development frameworks, and engagement practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in HR software and data reporting tools
