Senior Project Manager – Reconciliation & Settlement

We are seeking a senior project manager with strong experience in financial services, particularly in reconciliation and settlement systems, to join us on a contract basis. This is a high-visibility role requiring a candidate with deep functional expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of reconciliation and settlement implementations
• Strong monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Drive the adoption of new tools by business users
• Deliver statements and reports with attention to accuracy and control
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly

Key Competencies & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing banking or financial services projects
• Minimum 5 years in reconciliation & settlement systems
• Experience with tools like IntelliMatch, SmartStream, or FSS SmartRecon (highly preferred)
• Technical and functional understanding of local & international settlement processes
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management
• Effective in problem-solving, strategic direction, and navigating ambiguity
• Experience in data-related technology implementations
