Job Overview
Join our dynamic and growing team! We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with 10–12 years of financial experience, including at least 5 years in a management role, ideally within the Food & Beverage sector. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, cost control, compliance, and decision-making across our business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and inventory costing.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Implement internal control systems and improve financial processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with operations and procurement to maintain accurate cost control and margin analysis.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Support the Head of Finance with strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
