Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance records, overtime, and leave data.
  • Verify payroll-related changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, deductions, and allowances.
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure payroll disbursement is accurate and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure they are updated with contracts, personal data, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Follow up on employee attendance, sick leaves, and annual leave balances.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, including collecting documents and explaining policies.
  • Handle employee offboarding processes including final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance forms.
  • Prepare and submit Social Insurance Forms as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration.
  • Basic knowledge of local labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Males are preferable.
