We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Qatar. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, understand their immigration needs, and guide them through our services. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social platforms
- Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs
- Achieve sales targets through effective follow-ups and closing techniques
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support
- Stay updated on immigration trends and regulations
Requirements
- Proven sales or client-facing experience (immigration industry is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex information and explain it simply
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the immigration sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software to track interactions and sales processes.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
