Key Responsibilities
- Indoor Sales: Handle walk-in clients and respond to sales inquiries via phone and email. Provide product information, quotations, and support throughout the sales process.
- Accounts Management: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software, including billing, payment follow-ups, and day-to-day accounting functions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create and manage sales, inventory, and financial reports using Microsoft Excel for internal review and decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, or any additional languages is a valuable asset.
