Art Teacher

Job Overview

EGA is seeking a passionate and creative art teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching visual arts across primary and/or middle school levels, preferably within an IB or international curriculum setting.

A degree in art education or a related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student-centered learning, and the ability to inspire artistic expression in young learners.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid teaching certification/license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience (IB or international school experience is an advantage)
• Strong portfolio showcasing personal artwork and student outcomes
• Proficiency in various art media and techniques
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to integrate technology into art instruction
• Passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression in students
• Culturally responsive and adaptable to a diverse, international school environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
