Job Overview

Duration: 6 months or an extendable contract

• Minimum 10 years of experience in professional kitchens
• Proven background in 5-star hospitality or fine-dining establishments
• Extensive knowledge and practical skills in international cuisines (Western, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc.)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently from start to finish
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
