Chief Accountant

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced chief accountant with a strong focus on financial control, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Disbursements and Credit Control teams
• Manage revenue, receivables, payables, and property-related financial cycles
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls
• Monitor rental income, property expenses, and maintenance project costs
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial standards and policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, and budgeting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, or DipIFRS is a strong advantage
• Experience in the hotel or reputable hospitality industry preferred
• Local candidates are preferred
