Fleet Coordinator

Job Overview

A fleet coordinator is responsible for the efficient management and organization of a company’s vehicles. Their duties include scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, monitoring vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They act as a point of contact for drivers, mechanics, and management and may also be involved in tasks like fuel card management and accident reporting.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree/diploma
•  Excellent knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
•  2-3 years of experience in fleet management 
•  Coordinate and monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with regulations.
•  Primary liaison with other departments 
•  A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
•  Valid QID
•  Sponsorship change required
