Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

Certifications

  • CCNA – Mandatory.
  • CCNP or an equivalent advanced networking certification – Preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent cloud platform experience – Preferred.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, hybrid networks, and secure connectivity.
  • Proficiency with ITIL v4 practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Experience working with structured ticketing systems and following defined SLA workflow.
