Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities

• You will play a crucial role in delivering the sponsorship rights for our valued partners at Lusail Winter Wonderland.
• Own the relationship with counterparts at our sponsors, addressing their needs, concerns, inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Facilitate the delivery of all sponsor deliverables.
• Represent our sponsors and their needs internally at meetings.
• Liaise with multiple internal teams to facilitate the delivery of all sponsor rights.
• Leverage relationships with sponsors to create mutually beneficial tactical opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver sponsor rights and also support with brand approvals.
• Meet agreed KPIs internally and externally with sponsors.
• Evaluate the success and impact of tactical campaigns and overall sponsorship.
• Record all sponsorship activity and create sponsorship evaluation report.
• If required, support other colleagues as necessary and as directed by your line manager.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends as directed by management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
