Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle ERP PMS (Performance Management System) in the healthcare sector.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing performance appraisal processes.
- Proven track record in administrative coordination and performance evaluations.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
