Main Duties
- Prepare food according to recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Check expiry dates and equipment temperatures regularly.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Stock and organize supplies as needed.
- Practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) principles.
- Demonstrate a SHARP team profile (Service First, High Energy, Appreciative, Respectful, Passionate).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a hot kitchen environment.
- Strong skills in kitchen handling and food preparation, following food safety standards.
- Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Good communication skills: English proficiency is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
- Fast learner who adapts to changes quickly.
- Effective team player with strong attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
