Overview of the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our commercial vehicles team in Qatar. This role focuses on promoting and selling buses and trucks to new customers, driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, relationship building, and sales execution.
About the team
You will be part of a high-performing sales team reporting to the Sales Manager. The team thrives on energy, collaboration, and a shared goal of expanding market reach in Qatar’s commercial vehicle segment.
What you will do
- Present, promote, and sell commercial vehicles to prospective customers using strong sales arguments and in-depth product knowledge.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential clients to offer the most suitable solutions.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Follow up with prospects to build trust and move them through the sales funnel.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues to support a smooth customer journey.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity while providing valuable insights to management.
Required skills to be successful
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business deals.
- In-depth understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a target-driven environment.
What equips you for the role
- A university degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicles industry.
- Native Arabic speaker with good command of English.
- Strong presentation and lead conversion abilities.
- High energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and the ability to develop productive business relationship.
