Overview of the role
The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales targets, adding new customers, and retaining existing ones while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for fleet vehicles. This role requires proactive engagement with B2B clients, strong relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the automotive market.
What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fleet vehicles.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and create reports.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume.
- Ensure that company procedures are adhered in terms of handling cash and credit customers.
- Identify and target potential B2B customers for fleet sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain a customer database to track interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure customers receive excellent post-purchase support.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fleet vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on new product launches and technological advancements in the automotive industry.
- Ensure 100% test-drive offered to all customer with proper documentation.
- Comply with review document checklist as per the process and ensure that necessary documents have been submitted to the relevant department.
- Take necessary actions on customer concerns (internal/external) to improve operational ease and customer satisfaction.
