Job Description:
Preparing Quotation and cover letters for inquiries
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
Tracking requests for quotation, customer queries and clarifications
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Ensuring quality of the tender documents in line with the request
Preparing documents for tender submittal (Both Technical and Commercial)
Ensuring tender is submitted on time to meet deadlines
Maintaining individual files and documents for all the Clients
Prepare Support Schedules/documentation and maintain proper Filing System
Prepares reports (monthly, annual etc)
Responsible in intimating to accounts with supporting reports and as per the payment schedule for invoicing for Clients
Ensures availability of spare parts & order them
Review material ordering for support requirements
Attending customer calls/complaints.
Responsible in preparing letters
Sales Facilitator with strong experience in tenders and tender preparation.
Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant experience in tenders, quotations, and related activities.
